The Coiled Tubing Services involves more than ten conventional process fields such as coiled tubing gas lift, sand washing, scraping and washing, salvage, drilling and grinding, cutting, switch sliding sleeve, acidification, fracturing, cement injection, and speed string. Combined with the current needs of serious water production in high water cut oil fields, serious sand production in old wells, and difficulty in downhole entry in large-displacement horizontal wells, the company has carried out coiled tubing logging, coiled tubing water plugging integration, concentric coiled tubing sand pumping, crawlers, new hydraulic oscillators and other new processes and technologies, and the research and development of a full range of supporting downhole tools, which can meet the needs of customers in different aspects.
The company currently has 12 sets of coiled tubing equipment, including 6 sets of skid-mounted equipment and 6 sets of vehicle-mounted equipment. The equipment has been certified by DNV and CCS. Equipped with 1.25-inch, 1.5-inch, 1.75-inch, 2-inch and 2.375-inch multi-series coiled tubing. In addition, the company has independently developed an online coiled tubing monitor to effectively and accurately monitor the defects, ovality and wall thickness of coiled tubing. The Nitrogen Services includes liquid nitrogen and membrane nitrogen production services. Note: During sand washing/pumping, special personnel should be arranged to observe the return situation. If the return is smaller or there is no return, the coiled tubing should be lifted immediately to prevent the accident of sand burying coiled tubing.
Coiled tubing sand flushing/pumping services have been serviced in areas such as Southwest Gas field.
A small diameter coiled tube is lowered into the original production column to speed up the gas flow speed and improve the gas liquid carrying capacity by reducing the flow area. At the same time, operating parameters such as layer pressure, liquid-gas production, coiled tubing diameter, operating depth, wellhead and bottom-hole flow pressure affect the production of velocity string.
Through the design of reasonable pipe diameter, wall thickness and operation depth, coiled tubing is used instead of conventional coupling tubing, and the flow speed of natural gas in coiled tubing can be improved, which can effectively avoid or slow down water inflow, reduce bottom hole liquid accumulation, and implement the construction operation technology of secondary completion without killing the well or moving the pipe string in the well.

In an offshore gas field, the reservoir depth is 4000 ~ 4500m, and the typical self-blowing production string.
