CCUS/CCS Well Completion Technology

COSL is capable of designing the whole wellbore layered gas injection completion process scheme of CCUS/CCS well and develop customized tools for carbon dioxide storage and layered gas flooding in offshore oil and gas fields.

Technical Principles

Carbon dioxide is injected into the underground reservoir through a hydraulic controlled intelligent layered gas injection pipe column. The hydraulic controlled intelligent layered gas injection tool achieves precise adjustment of the injection volume for each layer, and the layered sand control is combined with insertion sealing to achieve interlayer sealing of each reservoir layer. V0 level cable production packers ensure the integrity of the wellbore, and permanent optical fibers are used to monitor the temperature and pressure profile and wellbore integrity in real time.

Long term real-time monitoring of parameters such as pressure, temperature, and flow rate in various underground layers;
