These tools are mainly used in CSS, displacement, SAGD process to realize wellbore high insulation, separate layer steam injection and homogeneous heat injection of horizontal well. The tools can also improve the thermal effect and oil formation development of the thermal recovery wells.

Essential tools
350℃ THERMAL RECOVERY PACKER
It is used for steam huff and puff, steam flloding and SAGD process in heavy oil thermal recovery Wells to seal the oil jacket annulus above the oil layer to prevent high temperature steam from flowing up to the annular space composed of casing and heat insulation pipe, so as to reduce wellbore heat loss and protect casing and cement ring. It is a kind of packer with hydraulic setting, bidirectional anchoring, up-lifting string release, and can realize dual functions of pumping in the same well.
ISOLATION PACKER
Isolation packer is mainly used in heavy oil thermal recovery well where segemented cyclic steam stimulation, displacement, SAGD process is required. The packer is designed to isolated individual reservoir unit, separating the high permeability layers from low permeability layers effectively. The packer can prevent interference of the injected fluid and guarantee the accuracy of the each unit injection quantity. The packer uses thermal agents as the power source of the elastomeric element. When the temperature rises, thermal reagent volume will swell, pushing the piston to set the elastomeric element.
INSULATED STABILIZER
The contact of the injection string and casing will increase the heat loss during heat injection causing temperature rise in the casing and strength drop in the cement sheath. The insulated stabilizer can hold the string to make sure the heat injection string not to get in touch with the casing. It will not cause heat loss because of its excellent heat insulation performance.
THE HIGH-TEMPERATURE INJECTION PRODUCTION INTEGRATED CONTROL VALVE
The high-temperature injection production integrated control valve is a dual channel injection production tool; It can achieve independent control of injection and production channels, meeting the differentiated needs of the injection and production stages of steam injection wells.
This string is used in thermal recovery wells, allowing the switch between injection and production operations without killing the well, avoiding pollution and cold formation damage caused by killing fluid. The key tools are hanging packer, underground switch and plug-in sealer.

HANGING PACKER
The hanging packer is used in CSS and water shutoff operation in thermal recovery wells. It can seal the annulus, preventing the steam from getting to the annulus above the packer. Besides, the packer can hang firmly in the wellbore so it can also be used for hanging or supporting the anti-pollution string.
350℃ THERMAL RECOVERY SAFETY VALVE
350℃ thermal recovery safety valve is sealed in all metals and is designed for high temperature thermal recovery wells. The valve plate is pushed away by pressure through the hydraulic control line when the relief valve reaches the design depth. The full opening of the relief valve can be maintained by pressure in the fluid control line. The relief valve returns to the closed state when removing the pressure. The pressure differential between the ends of the valve plate can be balanced by the self-balancing device, which ensures that the relief valve opens smoothly.
THERMAL INJECTION GAS VENT VALVE
Suitable for COSL 9 5/8 "Thermal injection packer; Installed on the upper end of the 350℃ thermal injection packer, the lower end is connected to the packer through 1.66 "NU PIN connection thread, and the upper end is connected to the wellhead control valve through 1/4" hydraulic control line, which allows the opening and closing of the gas vent valve. After the gas vent valve is lowered to the design depth, the pressure enters the piston chamber of the gas vent valve through the hydraulic control line, and the positioning cap is pushed downward to overcome the spring force to open until the piston rod reaches the limit. Maintaing the pressure in the hydraulic control line can keep the gas vent valve in full open state; Release of the pressure in hydraulic control line results in the gas vent valve to close under the action of spring.
DIRECTIONAL OPENING VALVE
The directional opening valve is installed on the upper end surface of the 350℃ thermal injection packer, and the lower end is connected to the packer by threads. After the directional opening valve is lowered to the design depth, the pressure enters the directional opening valve cavity through the annulus, pushing the piston rod downward, cutting the shear nails, and the piston connecting cap destroys the graphite ring, realizing the opening of the ground control constant pressure opening valve, and directional once opened, the opening valve cannot be closed. This is only used when the thermal injection gas vent valve cannot be opened normally.
Gravel packing sand control completion process is aimed at productive formation and loose formation and with sand producing problems. Gravel packing operation is carried out at the early stage of completion. Gravel packing is used between screen tube and casing (perforation) shaft wall to fill it, forming a continuous and stable high strength sand body, preventing formation sand from migrating to the wellbore, thus solving the problem of sand production. A single multilayer gravel pack sand control process is designed to fire multiple oil and gas Wells simultaneously inside the casing, and each layer needs to be filled with sand control completion.In this process, multi-layer sand control tools and service tools can be inserted at one time to set and fill layer by layer. The isolation seal and isolation packer can ensure that the filling fluid will not cross layers.It can realize the gravel pack sand control operation of multiple uneven pay zones under a single string, greatly reducing the completion time.

HIGH TEMPERATURE TOP PACKER

HIGH TEMPERATURE SUMP PACKER
