Technical Principles
By connecting multiple intelligent measurement and adjustment workbarrels with cables underground through a single core cable, bidirectional signal transmission and underground power supply are achieved. The flow rate, temperature, pressure inside the pipe, and formation pressure of each underground layer are monitored in real-time on the ground, and the flow rate of each layer can be adjusted in real-time according to the requirements of the oil reservoir, achieving fine layered injection and production.

Core Tools
After years of research and development, we have developed four types of intelligent cable measurement and adjustment working cylinders of various sizes that can fullfill various needs, as well as more than 10 types of matching tools of different sizes. According to different flow testing methods, pressure difference type intelligent cable measurement and adjustment working cylinder, ultrasonic type intelligent cable measurement and adjustment working cylinder, and electromagnetic type intelligent cable measurement and adjustment working cylinder are formed; In order to meet the requirements of large displacement injection and production as well as the requirements of well repair diameter, we have developed China’s first intelligent cable measurement and adjustment working cylinder based on a hollow torque motor .

Technical Principles

Technical Principles
The cableless intelligent layered injection and production technology does not require the use of cables or hydraulic control pipelines. The signal is transmitted through pressure carriers to control and adjust the opening of the cableless intelligent measurement and adjustment work cylinder in each underground layer, thereby achieving ground control of the flow rate in each underground layer. At the same time, reservoir data such as underground pressure, temperature, and flow rate can be uploaded to the ground through pressure carriers to guide ground control.

After years of product research and development and upgrading, three types of measurement and adjustment work cylinder have been formed based on pressure carrier signal transmission: cableless intelligent bidirectional, cableless intelligent unidirectional, and cableless casting and fishing. According to different wellbore size requirements, the product series has been diversified, covering four wellbore specifications in offshore oil fields, and meeting the needs of different wellbore layered injection and production.

Technical Principles
The multifunctional test and adjustment integrated layered water injection technology is connected to the test and adjustment instrument through cable operation. After the test and adjustment instrument is connected to the built-in water nozzle of the water distributor, the flow rate is tested and adjusted using a method of testing while adjusting. Monitor the flow pressure curve through ground instruments and adjust the water nozzle opening of the water distributor in real-time until the injection flow rate is reached.The test and adjustment of all layers can be completed with one trip of the logging instrument into the well.
