COSL Openhole Horizontal Well Gravel-Packing System allows the running, setting, testing, releasing, circulation, gravel packing, acid washing and tripping out of stringa. The designed string can maintain a pressure greater than that of formation in the horizontal wellbore, protecting the stability of openhole well, ensuring a smooth operation of the gravel packing .
Features:
COHP can be used for 9-5/8 "casing + 8-1/2" open hole, 7 "casing + 6" open hole;
COHP allows normal circulation and large torque to resolve the problem when large resistance is encountered;
The packer of COHP with larger inner diameter has reliable setting and hanging performance with a two-stage setting mechanism;
COHP can bear load to prevent pipe movement and ensure the optimal filling result during gravel-packing;
COHP keeps the well bore clean after pulling the service tool from the hole at the end of pack;
COHP can withstand 46MPa working pressure and 300℉(150℃) working temperature, which meets the requirement of fracturing-packing completion;
COHP can provide API P110, API N80, API 180-9cr, API 180-13cr tier materials to meet the requirements of different working environment.

Features:
Single-trip Multi-zone Gravel Packing System is used for the oil and gas wells with multiple perforated zones where every zone requires gravel packing. It allows the running of service tools, zone-by-zone setting, packing, sealing and isolating to prevent leaking in one single trip for multiple zones with uneven distance,, greatly reducing well completion service time.
It has 9-5/8 "and 7-5/8",7 "primary multi-layer gravel packing system;
It allows the packer setting and separate packing of multiple zones in one single trip, greatly increase the operating efficiency;
Running in sand-control tools for multiple layers and other service tools in one single trip;
Locating tool for the packing, preventing string movement during packing operations;
Isolation between layers prevents completion fluid leak during packing;
Examine after layer pack of each layer and repack if necessary.
Features:
Segmented gravel packing technology is mainly applied to sand control operation of open hole horizontal wells in unconsolidated sandstone formations. The bypass channel can be closed after gravel packing, allowing effective separation of horizontal sections.
High reliability using matured gravel packing system for open hole horizontal wells;
Set all bypass isolation packers at the same time to be time efficient;
Gravel packing after bypass packer is set, results in good segmentation performance.
The center pipe of bypass packer also acts as sealing cylinder, allowing the later running of water control tool + isolation seal for mechanical water control;
The combination of bypass isolation packer and dual-layered blind pipe is effective in dealing with failed filling caused by collapse of mudstone formation.
Features:
Super Single-trip Multi-layer Integrated Fracture-Packing-Production system is a completion tool system that combines single-layer wash pipe service tubing string with concentric screen equipped with slide sleeve, which allows multi-layer fracturing and packing operations in a single trip. Gravel packing tools designed from single-layer wash pipe allows larger packing channels, higher pressure ratings and greater discharge rate.
SMFP is suitable for fracturing and packing operation for wells with 7”, 7-5/8”, 9-5/8” casing;
The use of single-layer tubes can reduce the risk of sand problem;
Multiple layers can be fractured and packed in a single trip which is time efficient;
SMFP’s operating pressure reaches 10,000 psi;
Maximum discharge rate is 25bpm, allowing high volume fracturing and packing operations;
SMFP can isolate different layers allowing separate-layer fracturing and production operations.

Features:
One-trip oriented perforating hollow whipstock TAML4 multilateral completion system allows multilateral wells windowing and drilling operations in one trip. After completing the drilling of the branched wells, the tailpipe will be run into the branch to depth covering the window. This operation, combined with cementing. provides mechanical support and hydraulic sealing of the window.
One-trip oriented perforating hollow whipstock multilateral completion system is a low-risk, cost-effective solution for TAML4 multilateral. It is particularly suitable for use in adjustment wells where there is still exploitation potential left in the old wellbore. The sidetracking new wellbore could release the remaining potential while production from the old wellbore continues.
It is also suitable for new well due to its simplicity, low risk, time and cost-efficient.
Features:
FVM mechanical reservoir isolation valve is a loss prevention valve pressurized on both ends. During completion and well repairing operations with serious leakage, the isolation of the lower sand control completion layer and the upper production completion can be achieved by closing the ball valve. It reduces the loss of completion fluid, avoids reservoir contamination, increases well production, saves operation cost, and improves the safety and effectiveness of operation.
Standard products are suitable for 9-5/8” and 7” casing. It can be customized when special specifications is required;
The value can withstand bi-directional pressure of 5000psi at temperature of 150℃
The switch allows repeated opening and closing of the ball valve, full bore can be achieve when ball valves are switched open;
