Introduction:
These tools are mainly used in offshore and onshore high pressure and high temperature(HPHT) oil and gas fields. They can be divided into three product series: Ultra-HPHT subsurface safety valve, Ultra-HPHT production packers, and Ultra-HPHT top packers.
The maximum temperature and pressure allowance of the Ultra-HPHT subsurface safety valve can reach 204 ℃/20000psi. When the subsurface safety valve is closed, it is sealed by a 100% metal to metal system. In the mean time, it is installed with a sealed light cylinder and a locking mechanism, which can keep the subsurface safety valve in a permanently open and allowing the installation of the subsurface safety valve for next segement with used along with other tools.
The maximum temperature and pressure allowance of the Ultra-HPHT production packers can reach 232 ℃/15000psi. The packer rubber cylinder is made of a new rubber material, which has good pressure bearing capacity and gas penetration resistance. The carburized slip is easy to cut into P110 and harder grade casing. Its larger inner diameter is also convenient for subsequent operations.
