Remote-Control Top-Drive Cement Head(CEMHEAD)
Remote-control top-drive cement head is an automatic cementing tool system that can be remotely operated, electrically controlled and top driven with the feature of high bearing load, high bearing torque and high bearing pressure. It is used for casing and cementing operation on semi-submersible platforms and tail pipe cementing operation on various wells for both onshore and offshore. With the advantages of time-saving, labor-intensity reducing and operation-risk decreasing, the cement head can automatically release plugs and balls, and lifting, lowering and rotating the pipe in the process of cementing.
With air source and power source;Remote-control Release Technology;With automatic and manual operation mode, convenient operation;Long standby, explosion-proof and small size control system. The embedded control system has passed the explosion-proof certification that can meet the explosion-proof requirements of ZoneⅠ. It can be in the sleep mode during the standby with lower power consumption and has the wake-up function.This system can complete a cementing operation after 3-5 days of standby;Excellent anti-collision performance. The anti-collision guard installed outside of the control box significantly improve the anti-collision effect. The guard is fixed separately so as to the collision would not be transmitted to the control box;Ease-of-use and simple maintenance. The rotary valve can be assembled and disassembled on the one side without disassembled in whole. The control system can be disassembled as a whole and converted into manual operation tool.
