COSL provides the integrated services for modular drilling rigs from designing to constructing, installing, commissioning, maintaining and operating. COSL possesses and operates six modular rigs, all of which are equipped with international mainstream and high-performance drilling devices, with maximum drilling depth of 9000 m. Five modular rigs are currently operating for PEMEX in the Gulf of Mexico and there is another one operating in Bohai Bay, Penglai which is an oilfield in China.
