HTODRILL High Temperature High Density Nonaqueous Drilling Fluid
HTFLOW high-temperature soil-free water-based drill-in fluid system has been developed based on formate brine and acid-soluble weighting materials, being integrated by high-temperature polymer treatment agents. It is suitable for high temperature reservoir drilling and completion operations. The system has been used in HTHP wells as drill-in fluids and completion operation in Bohai Sea, South China Sea, Indonesia and other high-temperature and high-pressure areas.。

The average well depth of a gas field in Bozhong Block in Bohai Sea area is 5361m, the geological conditions are complex, the reservoir is buried deep, the temperature is above 210 ℃, and there are H2S and CO2 acid gas risks, which bring many challenges to the operation. HTFLOW system is used as the reservoir drilling fluid to drill safely and smoothly. During the test, an open flow of 1.35 million m3 was obtained. Compared with the previous operation wells, the test skin factor was reduced from 45.8 to 0, realizing "zero damage" of the reservoir.
