Offshore in situ reduction technology includes chemical pretreatment, screening- flocculation-filtration, liquid treatment and utilization and auxiliary equipments. On account of the types of waste and on-site operating conditions, treatment processes can be customized.

Offshore drying and sorting equipment
Through the screening function of the equipment, the larger cuttings are sorted and collected with ton bag, while the liquid phase with smaller cuttings drop into the under-screen collection tank. The liquid will be transported to flocculation filter system for further treatment. The technology can reduce the liquid content of drilling cuttings and achieve the reduction goal.

Offshore flocculation filter press equipment
Waste water-based drilling fluid is to be flocculated by chemical pretreatment system, and then filtered under pressure for deep separation. The separated liquid phase is transferred to next process for reuse, and the solid phase is collected with ton bag. The technology can reduce the waste volume by 80%.
